I was standing at reception for 20 minutes, walked out to the balcony down by the kitchen to look for staff. Person sitting on balcony which I thought was a guest. I went back to reception and asked a person sitting in the room if they've seen any staff to which they said they'd give them a call. They laughed on the phone and 10 minutes later the person sitting on the balcony appeared to check my bag in. 30 minutes of standing at reception, won't rush back with service this bad
